My Project

Science is all about curiosity, excitement, and discovery — and my students are eager to experience it hands-on! I’m requesting Steve Spangler Geyser Tubes for our classic Coke and Mentos lab, notebook paper for recording observations, and adjustable volumetric pipettes to help them explore precise measurement in chemistry experiments.

These materials will bring science to life in our classroom.

The Geyser Tubes turn a simple bottle of soda into an unforgettable lesson on gas release, pressure, and reaction rates — concepts that can otherwise seem abstract. With notebook paper, students can document their hypotheses, data, and reflections as real scientists do. And with adjustable pipettes, we can expand our experiments beyond soda eruptions to include accurate liquid measurements in future labs.

Your donation will help transform ordinary lessons into unforgettable scientific adventures. My students will not only see chemistry in action — they’ll feel the excitement of discovery and learn that science isn’t just something in a textbook; it’s something they can do.
