This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My name is Ms. Rodriguez and I'm a First Grade teacher at our elementary Spanish Immersion school. Working in a specialty school is hard to find resources that meet my students needs. I've being researching for Spanish mentor texts that help me teach WI CCSS. This books are completely aligned to the state standards and would help me and my students to be successful in reading and writing. I created other projects in the past that helped to start building this bank of resources but still need more to complete my goal. . I also have included in my project folders (menu covers) were students will have the opportunity to create their own books by the end of the school year. Please take into consideration to donate in this amazing initiative
