Our classroom is a reading sanctuary! We love to read by ourselves and with our partners! We also love to listen to great books!
These great mentor books will help my students to learn and practice great reading strategies to become strong life long readers.

My Project
If you were to walk into our classroom, you would see readers every where! Some would be reading alone and some would be with partners. You would see many smiles and know that students were thinking and sharing!! Through these mentor books, students will learn and practice all they need to know to be great readers!
Using interesting and beautifully illustrated books will ignite the reading fire in my students.
These books will inspire students to read more, which will in turn build their skills and foster a love of good books!
