My Project
My students have stress and need ways to deal with it, in a healthy manner. During Intervention period, we can focus on yoga, balance and techniques for dealing with stress in a healthy manner.
Having the right tools will help me educate my students in ways to become mentally strong.
Balance boards and yoga mats will enable me to teach my students how to deal with stress in ways that they will use for a lifetime.
Balance boards and yoga mats would make a huge difference in my students Intervention time. We could actually learn skills for them to use when dealing with any stressful situation and improve their mental health.
