it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Incorporating snacks and notebooks in the classroom helps support mental health by addressing both physical and cognitive needs. Snacks help maintain steady energy levels and stabilize blood sugar, reducing hunger-induced distraction and irritability, which can enhance focus and engagement. The presence of healthy snacks offers moments of comfort and relaxation, contributing to stress reduction and a more pleasant learning environment. Meanwhile, notebooks facilitate organizational skills, reflection, and emotional expression, allowing students to process thoughts and manage stress more effectively. Together, these elements create a supportive atmosphere that promotes well-being, concentration, and active participation, fostering a more positive and productive classroom experience.
