This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are unique. They are our special need population, but they give as much as they receive

They love to have fun.

They love to help their teachers and they work hard. Sometimes harder than typical children. They love simple rewards like candy. They are sweet and salty . They push me to be a better teacher. They show their love in little cards and gifts. My students come from many backgrounds with many emotional needs and these books are a steppingstone to the healing of our future doctors, lawyers etc.
