Mental Health Matters

Help me give my students some materials to help them regulate their emotions while in my class.

My Project

When I notice a student needs a break, I can tell them to go over to the LEGO area and put something together.

This can help take their attention off what was bothering them and get them back into a learning frame of mind.

If they had a bad night, I can give them one of the little bubblers to look at and calm themselves down or I can give them the expanding ball to help them pay attention to their breathing.

All of these things can help my teen students with their mental health challenges and with your help, I can ensure that they are all able to learn in my classroom.
