Mental Health Focus: Supplies for Students

Help me give my students options for maintaining healthy practices, focusing on positive mental health and calming activities to help them navigate the world.

My Project

Students seem to be getting more and more stressed with the changing world around them. They are constantly bombarded with news stories and pressures from social media, and there is a huge toll on their mental health because of these factors. These items were specifically chosen to give students opportunities to "unplug" and disconnect for a few minutes while they rebalance their mood and their minds.

My goal with supplies such as books, snacks, and games is to allow students to have other options, students already have access to music that calms them, but giving them other avenues that they can practice at home will help them just as much.

My students are special because, despite so many outside pressures, they still show up to school ready to learn and ready to grow. I want them to have as many opportunities for this as possible.
