My Project
All the products in the cart will be used for the students who are attending the Mindfulness and Personal Development Club. Students who participate will spend time building community, learning emotional regulation skills, mindfulness practices, and engaging in conversation about developing themselves personally. The club will meet weekly for 1 hour after school. Students will participate in the club through engagement in lessons that the school social worker has created. Some of the topis are the power of self talk, boundary setting, mindful self compassion, self-concept and self esteem building, and many more.
