Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My kindergarten students are lively, fun, curious children who enjoy listening to stories, asking questions, playing, moving their bodies, and working with their hands.
They each have their own unique personalities, strengths and areas for growth.
Kindergarten has changed over the years and many academic demands have been placed on these little ones, but they rise to the challenge each and every day. Please help us acquire scrapbook materials in order to remember many of the moments we shared this year.
My Project
The end of the school year is rapidly approaching. My students have grown so much, learned so much and made so many new friends.
I would like to provide each of my students with a scrapbook of photos to help them remember their year in kindergarten.
We will need blank hardcover books, scrapbook paper and stickers. I will print out pictures taken of each of the students throughout the school year. The students will choose the paper that will be used to back their pictures as well as the stickers that will decorate their pages. The students will take these home to have a keepsake of our year together.
