My Project

At CSAS, we believe in fostering a positive and inspiring learning environment for our students. To achieve this goal in our music classes, we are seeking your support to provide simple yet effective incentives for steady and positive behavior. Research, such as the study by Sigalingging et al. (2023), emphasizes the significance of rewards in enhancing learning motivation and inspiring a lifelong love of learning. We aim to implement this research by introducing stickers and pencils as rewards for our students.

Our primary goal for this project is to promote a positive learning environment where students feel motivated, appreciated, and engaged.

The unique qualities of our students at CSAS make them truly special. They are curious, creative, and committed to a lifetime of learning and civic involvement. By supporting this project, you are contributing to the development of well-rounded individuals who will make meaningful contributions to their communities and beyond.

While the requested items may appear modest, their impact is profound. Stickers act as visible tokens of achievement, boosting students' self-esteem and reinforcing positive behavior.
