Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have 35 amazing students, who come from all walks of life, backgrounds, and experiences. However, they don't always have the resources to buy materials. They love learning and structure.

My students are hardworking and want to learn.

In my classroom, we work on organizational skills that will help all my students in high school and later on life.

I believe that my students will change the world! These spiral notebooks will help them stay organized through out the year.

My Project

These notebooks will be used to answer text dependent questions, develop vocabulary, and practice writing skills. My students will benefit from an organizational tool which they can keep in class.

These notebooks will also help students to organize and synthesize information with creative, interactive, and easily personalized activities.

I have seen students appreciate having one place to keep their notes. I often have students decorate their notebook covers, as well as add their names and subjects. This provides a sense of ownership and emphasizes the personalized nature of the notebooks. They love them. In fact, some keep their notebooks for years to come.
