As a Gifted and Talented Facilitator, I am expected to also be a leader in our buildings. With this responsibility, it is imperative that I find a plethora of resources that will meet the needs of such an endeavor to encourage the leaders of tomorrow.
I need the opportunity to research various resources based upon the use of differentiation, creativity, inspiration, and leadership in my GT classroom.
I currently serve K-5 students in the gifted and talented program. These students come from a variety of socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. I need the resources in differentiation in order to be able to instruct them all in life-impacting lessons.
