My Project
Six of our junior scholars have an incredible opportunity for a life and work experience, where they will create lasting bonds and make connections with others in the program. However, they must supply their materials.
This project will equip our students with what they need for this amazing experience.
Our students are nervous about the upfront costs of this program. This project will boost their mental health by providing them with their initial needs, so they can use their time and energy to prepare versus worrying. Students will practice life skills with the linen requirements (bedding, beach towels) as they wash, fold their laundry, and make their beds. These are valuable life skills that they will need for the future. The lifesaver gummies were a student request.
