This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our young students are in a 3K program and range from typically developing children to children with diverse needs. For some of them, this September has been the very first time they've been in school. They are excited to learn new concepts and share new experiences every day.
Our students learn in special ways.
They love to explore with their eyes, ears, hands, and whole bodies. They are eager to sing, dance, laugh, and build relationships with one another and their favorite toys and materials.
My Project
This project aims to acquire funds to be used on the 'Teachers Pay Teachers' (TPT) webpage for my students with diverse and individualized needs. I will use these resources to meet them where they are and support their growth in speech and language development, social-emotional development, and daily living skills. My students love to learn and explore new materials. TPT has so many valuable resources that I plan to print, laminate and use again and again with my students. I also plan on purchasing interactive resources such as Boom Cards on TPT to use electronically with my students as another form of responsive learning.
