This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach 7th and 8th grade mathematics in an inner city school. I have a large number of students in my class.
I teach 8th grade mathematics. I am requesting an overhead graphing calculator and viewing screen because I feel that it will enhance my students' learning. My students are very interested in technology. Unfortunately, I have only books and paper to work with. I would also like rulers and protractors because my students will be learning a lot about measurement. Thank you.
A graphing calculator with viewing screening will be helpful to the visual learners in my classroom. I would also like the rulers and protractors so my students can make their own constructions such as developing scale models.
