My Students

My students walk into my classroom every day ready to learn and excited about school! I greet each and every one of them at the door with a hug and a smile, addressing each by name. The smiles they give in return let me know just how excited they are to be at school.

My students are incredibly smart, talented, dedicated, and eager to learn new things every day.

They are always willing to help and love to please. These students are our future and I want to do what I can to give them what they need to succeed!

My Project

Morning tubs will be used by my students on a daily basis. Instead of coming into the classroom to complete morning work with paper and pencil, these supplies will allow my students to work with their peers using hands on activities. The activities I asked for will be used to create activities my students can use daily to practice their math and reading skills.

The supplies will increase creative and hands on learning as well as practicing working together and sharing, all vital skills for my second grade students!

Engaging their brains first thing in the morning is so important for students. Students will be able to used a variety of different materials throughout the week and year. The supplies will be rotated so students always have something fresh to do.

The morning tubs will create excitement about coming to school and get the students day started off in a fun and happy way!
