This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As our students engage in learning, they often need a quiet space to record or work on assignments. These study carrels and privacy shields provide students with a flexible environment that allows them to focus on and attend to their tasks! When students have the option to work in these spaces, we consistently see higher quality work, greater creativity, and deeper thinking. With 30 kids in any given classroom, space to work independently can be hard to come by, but through this project, we will be able to support students with flexible learning spaces.
