Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
As an elementary public school teacher, I shoulder many responsibilities that work in tandem to inspire my students to enjoy learning. One of the many responsibilities is that of classroom organizer extraordinaire and I am reaching out for your help in getting containers, bins, and a multi-drawer mobile cart to keep our STEM learning tools neatly organized for my students. It is important for me to maintain an uninterrupted, natural learning process.
The mobile organizer really stores it all—and the durable metal center features 5 rows of removable plastic trays in 2 different sizes, plus 6 locking casters that make it easy to set up the center in just the right spot—then roll it out of the way!
My students continue to amaze me at how enthused they get when I re-organize a particular shelf in such an inviting manner that they immediately gravitate towards the items to investigate and utilize first chance they get. I sometimes downplay the task as if I'm just a shelf stocker re-organizing merchandize but they beam with delight in anticipation to see what new things they get to explore. It's this awe that keeps me young at heart and makes my students so extra special.
Needless to say, we have simply outgrown our our current cubby bins and now I need your help. We would be very grateful to receive your generous donations and matching funds as they will greatly impact our day-to-day routines. Having the multi-drawer mobile cart, storage containers, and bins will no doubt help maintain our STEM area neatly organized and ready for students to learn.
