My Project
Please help us get some new technology for our class. An iPad in our class would allow for many resources to promote literacy in our classroom. One of the most important things we do is come better readers. We can have an extended supply of resources through our local library. They provide an app that allows for students to electronically take out books and reader them just as one would the physical library.
We could have an unlimited resource of literature available on the iPad that would engage students and help them grow as readers.
In addition, we would be using the technology to access Scholastic online. That gives students the opportunity to read engaging nonfiction texts as well.
