This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Learning by doing is one of the most powerful strategies to assure students' success. As a high school teacher, I am challenged to be more creative in thinking ways to make my students engaged, however complex the lessons are. To execute an effective way of learning is to maximize project-based learning; in this way students will be more engaged as they are applying the concepts they learned through a project. With a lot of things to learn in high school, the teacher must find ways to help students remember what they have learned.

The Epson EcoTank printer will be utilize to provide students with worksheets and handout.

Worksheets will assess how successfully they have learned the concepts and handouts will provide them detailed notes about the lessons.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention, retention, and focus, you will ultimately help to increase students' academic achievement. Having complete learning materials including crayons, pencils, pencil boxes, and tape, students will have a positive outlook on learning. It will make them confident to maximize their full potentials in applying what they have learned through projects.

I have seen how choice can positively affect my students work and demeanor, and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
