My Project

What I love most about my students is their energy, their eagerness to learn, and the way they support each other like a community. They come from diverse backgrounds, and every day they bring creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to try their best. My goal is to create a classroom where they feel safe, organized, engaged, and excited to learn.

The 15-drawer rolling storage cart and storage bins will help keep our classroom materials organized and easily accessible, fostering a sense of independence and responsibility.

The 100-piece kids scissors set ensures that every student can fully participate in hands-on activities, especially during projects that require cutting, crafting, or interactive notebooks.

The 30-pack of student headphones will be essential for differentiated instruction during reading time, online learning platforms, and independent research—allowing students to focus and work at their own pace without distraction.

Reading is a cornerstone of our classroom, and the Dork Diaries, Percy Jackson, and The Bad Guys book sets will give students access to high-interest literature that meets them at their level and keeps them excited about reading. These books reflect their humor, imagination, and the kinds of heroes they can relate to, encouraging both reluctant and avid readers to dive into stories.

To help with class activities and study strategies, the index cards will be used for vocabulary review, flashcards, and quick formative assessments.

Finally, having snacks like Welch’s fruit snacks, Ritz crackers, animal crackers, and cookies will help support students who may come to school hungry or need a small boost to stay focused. When basic needs are met, students are more ready to learn and participate.

These resources together will create a more organized, engaging, and supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
