This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our Pre-K class takes a nap everyday after lunch and a busy morning of learning. My students need to lay their heads on a soft place to get the rest their bodies and minds need to grow and learn. The mats my students rest on now are old, tattered and torn, with the stuffing coming out.

Most of all ,we need comfortable and sanitary mats for students to rest during nap time.

These mats provide a soft, safe place for my students to recharge for an afternoon of learning. When children receive the correct amount of sleep there is no telling what they can achieve!
