Mats to Learn About Rats!

Help me give my students dissection mats so they have an easy way to follow the dissections and learn about animals.

My Project

These dissecting mats will allow my students to better understand how the insides of the animals developed and how closely related all animals are to each other. My goal for this project is to allow the students to self-discover things about the animals as I guide them to greater understanding. Another goal is to allow my students to gain experience with multiple animals in different settings that help them learn about evolution. My students are special because they are striving to become good biology students and learn about the wider world around them! We also need digital scales and aquarium supplies.
