My Project
My students are amazing! A main focus for this year is mindfulness and self-regulation to improve our health and well-being. Emotional dysregulation is one of the big reasons students struggle in school. In our classroom, we are learning to use mindfulness practices to help with our emotional regulation.
Yoga mats for mindfulness practices will help my students be their best!
We learn and practice a variety of ways to manage our own emotions on a daily basis. Having access to yoga mats for meditation, yoga, and other practices will provide us with more opportunity to be our best.
