This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students are amazing! They are geared up and ready to learn new and innovative skills and sports; they are self-starters. Our students want to learn and are hands-on in their approach to learning.
Our school is in a high needs, high poverty area.
Even with the obstacles our students face on a daily basis, they dress up and show up to learn. Our students take advantage of every opportunity that comes their way and are grateful for those opportunities.
Bringing new and innovative skills to our students keeps them enthusiastic about Physical Education and lifelong exercise to keep them healthy and fit.
My Project
Our students are deserving of a fitness room that feels like the real deal. These interlocking floor mats are the perfect way to make room for more stationary bicycles for our students.
Our students are eager to do their part in exercising and staying physically active so they deserve the best fitness room we can provide for them.
We have multiple classes using the fitness room and we like to keep it in the best condition for our students.
We intend to keep our fitness room in the best condition possible for our students.
