My Students

As a teacher at a school with 38% economically disabled students, it is very important to provide the students with all the technology exposure they can have. Many of these students do not have access to the rapidly increasing technology at their homes.

The students I work with are enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated when it comes to using technology.

The students love to learn more about math through different applications on the smart board or computers. Their faces light up with excitement and joy when they are told that they will be getting to use technology! They look forward to days when they have access and strive for perfection on those days.

My Project

The students at my school need to be able to have access to technology as it is rapidly changing. These iPads will be able to be used by all the students at my school because of my role. Not only do I pull small groups but also go into all math classrooms to model. The teachers will also have access to use these iPads with math application on them to assist their students.

Your generous donation will help these students who have lost their homes and their school be able to have access to technology they have not been able to have access to.

Our school was flooded during Hurricane Harvey and we have been displaced onto two campuses. We have been trying to make it the best experience for our students. This donation will assist in providing additional support and something for the students to look forward to when they get pulled for small group.
