This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are bright individuals looking for someone to challenge them academically. They come to school every day, excited to learn something new. The energy they bring into my classroom is what drives their success. They love being challenged, and I am honored to be there as a part of the process.

My students are a very diverse group of learners.

The majority of them are economically disadvantaged; however, they always push themselves to reach their best. Even though they are hard workers, there are times when a lack of supplies limits their abilities. The basic necessities of pencils, tissues, and markers are vital to their learning process.
