Mathematicians at Work

Help me give my students the tools needed to be great mathematicians! We are wanting new white boards to lead and follow along with learning! We are also wanting zipper pockets to store our materials!

My Students

Our second grade math classroom is a place where students develop mathematical skills and a love for learning. Students in our classroom solve, create, and explore to master math standards. Our students are special because they support each other and are motivated to succeed.

We work to challenge ourselves and each other and persevere through difficult mathematical tasks.

Our students are eager to learn and thrive with learning that is project based and hands on. I love the opportunity to watch our students grow as mathematicians each and every day.

My Project

Our mathematicians have been hard at work all year and we are needing some new materials or some updated tools to replace ones that no longer work.

We are hoping to have new white boards for each student in our class so that they can follow along with lessons and show their thinking.

We are also hoping to have a white board to use in small group to model our thoughts and use our magnetic tools.

Finally, we are wanting to organize our workplaces so that we can find them and keep them organized. These pouches will help us find our games independently.
