Math Versatiles

My students need Versatiles Math kits for reinforcement of Math skills. These 4 kits would be used during small group instruction with a teacher or independently.

My Students

My students enjoy making personal connections with the material I teach on a daily basis. We have candid discussions about how the areas of our learning affect our daily lives and share our own personal experiences to bring our learning to life.

My students enjoy sharing real stories and show their mastery of knowledge.

They are the most caring and compassionate group of students, always willing to help one another succeed. They are truly role models among the campus and truly have me spoiled for being their teacher. In their presence some days I am the student for sure.

My Project

These versatile kits will be used during small group instruction as we prepare for STAAR testing. Versatiles offer a different avenue of learning, expression and challenge, versus our everyday technology activities. With the versatiles, my students will be able to work independently and compete with one another as well as assist others in understanding when errors occur. Math will be our focus as we review and continue to master skills together.

This project will improve my classroom environment by expanding our alternatives to learning.

We will be able to incorporate puzzle and cognitive thinking skills while linking these skills to learning and experiencing Math together.
