Math Tools to Build a Brighter Future

Help me give my students fraction tiles, link cubes and base ten blocks, the math items in the cart that would give students an opportunity to see and use a more hands-on approach when solving math problems.

My Project

My students enjoy learning math and have a deep desire to gain as much knowledge as possible. I spend each day introducing new concepts and reviewing ones that have already been taught. Unfortunately, we do not have math manipulatives that students can use as many are visual learners.

Your donation would greatly help those students who learn visually by allowing them to use a more hands-on approach.

Students would be able to actually see the process of solving math problems rather than just using paper and pencil.

Using math manipulatives would give the students a different avenue to explore when figuring out how to solve math problems. They would be able to draw conclusions based on their findings. It will allow them to see how they actually come up with the answer by using the manipulatives that have been provided.
