This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love math and enjoy any opportunity for a hands-on learning experience. Math manipulatives play a helpful role in teaching math concepts to children. They help students see the math and physically engage with math.

Students at all levels and abilities can use math manipulatives to learn math concepts.

Math manipulatives are great in helping students understand math processes and procedures. Manipulatives like the dominoes and 1-120 wipe boards will be used for math games, small group instruction and during 1:1 learning. I believe that with these math manipulatives my students will have fun and become successful mathematicians!
