This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to give my students the opportunity to learn and practice their 3rd grade math concepts and standards through technology. The products that will be purchased would give my students the opportunity to use digital math manipulatives and math programs to extend their learning.

Having this tablet (with keyboard and glass screen) will mean that students will be able to practice their 3rd grade standards in a different way.

They can use programs that will extended their learning if they have understood the math concepts or the tablet can be used as a math intervention for students who are still struggling with a math concept. They will have an opportunity to practice and master their math concepts through the use of the digital programs provided on the tablet. The tablet math programs and games will also spike an interest in the students in which they will be asking to practice and master their math standards.
