This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These whiteboards will help students work with partners to think and work on a clean palette to get their math ideas out verbally and visually. This will help them have a place to generate and scribe their ideas on the math topic.
They will then have a chance to have a class discussion on all the thinking on the math topic and problem of the day.
This will be a great starter for their math talks as they move into their learning here in kindergarten. Thank you for helping us attain these materials so we can mirror our learning.
