This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first graders continue to work hard in school. I have been able to send take home paper games with them this year, but we are using a lot of paper. This project would create a kit that families could use at home. The paper games could be placed in the plastic sleeves and be used for many games instead of just using it one time. This project would allow me to send home basic supplies for my students to use with the games they can play at home, with their families. I can send the dry erase markers, erasers, and dice in a zipper pouch so all supplies can be together. Not only will this project support my students this year, but I will have enough supplies to create beginning of the year kits for my next year students.
