My Project

The use of math manipulatives in the classroom is beneficial to a better understanding of math concepts. My first graders rely on the support of manipulatives to help them answer math questions. Math manipulatives help my students gain confidence when doing their work.

The tiles and large paper clips will used for our measurement unit, and for counters when adding and subtracting.

Students will use the clipboards for worksheets at the carpet, and to solve math equations. The number of the day chart will be used daily during our morning meeting.
