This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fifth grade students are today's scholars and tomorrow's leaders who are curious, enthusiastic, creative, and eager to immerse themselves in any kind of challenge! In addition to academics, our students practice making positive human connections with daily choices that support R.I.S.E.—Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Excellence, and they are recognized monthly for demonstrating these character traits.

We adopted a new math curriculum this year, and for math stations, I wish to provide my students additional opportunities to practice financial literacy.

I am requesting Monopoly, Payday, and The Game of Life, to allow students to practice real-world skills in preparation for their futures. I am also requesting a TpT gift card to purchase resources to support our newly-adopted math curriculum.
