This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Math is so important. As a math coach in an inner city school I want to bring excitement and fun into learning. I work in a school that covers Prek-4th grade students. My students all receive free breakfast and lunch. My students have to work so hard to master basic math skills.

A mobile math lab will allow me to enhance the learning experience of all students!!

Hand-on activities make learning fun! Being able to engage all students is my goal!

A mobile math lab will change math lesson for all students. Being able to access learning through technology is a way to engage all students.

Making learning fun is my goal!

I want all my students to enjoy learning and to love math!! Math can be a difficult subject for many students and I believe that giving students a hand-on, technology based lesson will make them more interested in what is being taught.

Having a strong base to build upon as students grow is essential! Students need to be strong in math in order to excel in life! So many jobs require math on a daily basis.
