Hello! My students range from freshmen to seniors and are either enrolled in Algebra 2 Honors or Trigonometry w/ Precalculus. They are hard-workers, motivated, and always full of energy.
One goal I have as a teacher is to make my class fun and memorable.
Many students often come into a math class with a negative mindset and I want my students to feel comfortable and confident in my class. Over the last couple of years, I have worked to incorporate more project-based learning in my classes and I want to continue having my students connect math to the real-world. Many of the items on my list will go towards my students' projects. I like to have my students work collaboratively and many of them like to sit in the hall to work with their peers. I would love to surprise my students with flexible seating options like the floor cushions so they can work comfortably!
