This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All of our 6th graders are ready to rock our curriculum! We want to show our urban district and ourselves our MATH brains! We are the best. Dry erase wipes, markers and erasers let us show our work! Everyday our Math Superstars work multi-step problem! We need to record our efforts, attempts, procedures and thinking. We make mistakes... but we don't quit. We erase and work again. Individual materials and resources make all the difference. We are making great strides in standardized testing in our district! We understand advanced mathematical concepts! Let's Go! Our 6th graders care about their success, but need tools!
