Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials in this project will be used to help the students master skills such as fine motor development but most importantly math skills.
Students will use the playdoh to develop fine motor skills; the magnetic boards and number mats to teach students about math.
Math is an important part of learning for children in the early years because it provides vital life skills. They will help children problem solve, measure and develop their own spatial awareness, and teach them how to use and understand shapes
These materials will help get the students excited about math and begin their year in a positive way!
