Math Manipulatives & Indoor Activities for a New Teacher

Help me give my students math manipulatives for telling time, measuring, and place value along with indoor recess & free time activities!

My Project

My students are very special because they will be the for group of kids to help me learn as a new teacher. They are also coming into a new school and this can easily cause anxiety and stress to young students. The things I have put in my cart will welcome students into this new environment as well as invite everyone to participate in the classroom. Math manipulatives for young students are very helpful, especially for the students who learn best visually and with hands-on activities. These will help my students when they are in a whole group or in small/individual groups! These manipulatives will also help me provide visuals and practice for my students. Puzzles, blocks, and games are great for indoor recesses, when the students earn a classroom party, or for STEM learning! Some of these games teach students like place value and sight words.
