My Project
I aim to provide my students with easy access to math manipulatives in the classroom to support their success during math time. Hands-on learning allows students to thrive, and modern math instruction encourages them to explore multiple strategies for solving problems. By offering a well-organized selection of appropriate manipulatives, I can equip my students with the tools they need to better understand key concepts and become more confident, independent learners.
My goal is that by providing these resources, I can help improve student engagement and ultimately increase math achievement in my classroom.
The addition of shelves and bins will create a dedicated, organized space for storing these manipulatives, making them more accessible and easier to use. Including enough materials in my project will ensure that all students can engage with the manipulatives simultaneously when needed.
