Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In a world of computers and worksheets, students need more time to practice essential skills using hands-on materials. Theses students were not able to practice hands-on skills when they were learning at home. We need to fill in the gaps and make sure that we are getting them to where they need to be. They are capable learners but worksheets are just not cutting it. Curriculums do not include the hands-on materials when they teach essential skills like the elapsed time and multiplication and division. This is what they need!
