This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal is to create a classroom where all students learn and grow. By using a variety of math manipulatives in my classroom I am able to teach students in different ways and let them explore their thinking. I want students to be able to feel confident and conceptualize these difficult math concepts.

My students deserve to explore and learn math in a fun, interactive way.

As math grows harder, I don't want my students to grow frustrated with their learning. Instead, I'm looking forward to seeing their love of math grow with these new tools.
