Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I am a third grade teacher in a lower economic school district. Our students are very eager to learn, even though the funding needed to buy important materials and supplies is limited. Math is a very important skill taught to every student. Problem solving is an area in which students need to have some extra practice. To help meet that need for extra practice, I would like a one-year subscription for Scholastic Dyna Math Magazine. This magazine is developed as an aid to work on problem solving skills through the use of articles and sections that contain math problems. These magazines will come monthly to the classroom. We will be able to work on our problem solving skills every month by using this magazine. If you donate a year's subscription, it will enable my students to have the practice they need to become good problem solvers. Thank you for your support.
