I teach ESL to grades 6-8 in an ever-growing, high-need Spanish speaking population in NY.

Many of my students come from backgrounds where their education was interrupted or they may have had very little schooling. Many of them need help with very basic skills in math, science and social studies.

I would like to provide skill building for them on very basic levels, but because it varies form child to child they need something that can help them on their. This way they can get remediation in the area they need at a pace they control.

My students need 4 Crammer Study Skills handheld LeapFrog learning pads because they need help with rudimentary skills as well as more advanced academic areas. You will make it possible for my students to learn basic things that we may take for granted like multiplication and division. Math is not universal if you don't know how to manipulate the numbers in basic ways. Some of my students have basic skills while others may have not been able to attend school or at best have interrupted education. I would like to provide them with something that can meet their needs on an individual level.
