My Project
My students love to do math with pop-its! We have some pop-its, but none with the numbers already on them. I think these will help students get much more fluent with cardinality and the ability to remember how many they have counted. In addition, the new center that has additional problems on it will help with creating a sense of addition fact fluency among our kindergarten students, which is a skill that is so strongly needed.
These two stations will help bring so much-needed math manipulative fun to math workshop time!
