This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My class is filled with students who love to learn, but they LOVE positive incentives. Part of our math consists of an online site with a penguin mascont that allows them to explore math concepts and puzzles to understand the content.
My students will be able to earn these penguin prizes and celebrate their progress!
My students have been working so hard to hit the milestones on the math site, and they would love to have their own penguin prizes to represent them! They will be able to put a sticker onto their computer, a charm on their "Celebration Strand", and show their work with their penguin pencil!
