My Students
Watch minds grow! Watch hearts become full of a love for learning! Watch students' face shine with excitement! That is what teaching is about!
I want to make learning fun, rigorous, creative, and worldly for all of my students.
I teach in a Title I school where 80% of the student population receives free or reduced lunches. Most of my students speak other languages and are learning English in the classroom. Most families do not have the means to provide school supplies. We need your help to enhance our learning experiences!
My Project
Students love learning with hands-on approaches that are interesting and fun!
Our classroom needs support in providing math games to help enhance our learning of basic math concepts throughout the year.
We will use these math games in learning centers all year. Centers provide a way for students to learn in smaller groups while being able to talk about math concepts and have fun learning with classmates!
Also, we would a love a tablet to use in centers for math and reading, as well as one-on-one mini lessons. Our tablet will help give students feedback with classroom management apps like Dojo and provide a hands-on approach to learning through technology.
